Accounts payable and accrued expenses as of December 31, 2017 is comprised of professional fees of $40,300, accrued payroll and taxes of $2,255, legal fees of $8,911, insurance of $9,414, filing fees of $2,248, marketing fees and expenses of $7,247 and miscellaneous accruals and payables of $5,075.
