Note D - Prepaid Expenses and Other Current Assets, was unable to fulfill certain financial obligations under the agreements. The Company deemed this notice to represent a material breach of the agreements. Through July 30, 2013 and June 30, 2013, the Company had advanced funds to this Associate totaling approximately </font><font style="font-family:inherit;font-size:10pt;color:#000000;text-decoration:none;">$403,000</font><font style="font-family:inherit;font-size:10pt;"> and </font><font style="font-family:inherit;font-size:10pt;color:#000000;text-decoration:none;">$326,000</font><font style="font-family:inherit;font-size:10pt;">, respectively. The Company is in discussions with the Associate to determine the appropriate course of action to ensure that the Associate is able to perform his financial obligations and to protect the Company's sales in Australia and Hong Kong.
