Share-Based Compensation
Share-Based Compensation:

The Company records compensation expense for all share-based payments based on the estimated grant date fair value.  Share-based compensation expense was approximately $8,800 and $11,200 for the quarters ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively, and $17,700 and $21,600 for the six months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively.  Share-based compensation is classified as a general and administrative expense.  There were no material tax benefits related to this expense because virtually all share-based compensation resulted from grants of incentive stock options.
 
The fair value of each option grant is estimated on the date of grant using the Black-Scholes option pricing model with the following assumptions:
