On September 25, 2019, Inuvo, Inc. issued a press release regarding financial performance of its artificial intelligence platform, the IntentKey™, including revenue from this platform for the first and second quarters of the year ending December 31, 2019. A copy of the press release as being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

Following the integration with the AppNexus Platform in the first quarter of 2019, the IntentKey^TM has continued to deliver strong results for clients with a sequential quarterly growth rate in 2019 that is expected to be approximately 35%. The IntentKey™ generated revenue of $1.3 million and $2.0 million during the first and second quarter of 2019, respectively. For the third and fourth quarters of 2019, the Company expects the IntentKey™ to generate revenue of $2.6 million and $3.5 million, respectively. For the full year 2019, Inuvo expects the IntentKey^TM to generate approximately $9.4 million in revenue.
