Retirement Plan Costs	Retirement Plan Costs We provide a 401(k) plan to help our employees prepare for retirement. We match each employee's contributions to the plan up to the first four percent of the employee's annual salary. The matching contribution for the years ended December 31, 2017 and 2016 was $255,366 and $146,033, respectively.
