STARBUCKS ANNOUNCES DATE OF 2024 ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Starbucks Corporation (“Starbucks”) currently expects that the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “2024 Annual Meeting”) will be held on March 13, 2024. Starbucks will announce the location, time, and record date for the 2024 Annual Meeting at a later time.
