1. Description of business	Great China International Holdings, Inc., (the “Company”) was incorporated in the State of Nevada on December 4, 1987, under the name of Quantus Capital, Inc. The Company, through its various subsidiaries, is engaged in commercial and residential real estate leasing, management, consulting, investment, development and sales in the city of Shenyang, Liaoning Province, in the People’ Republic of China (“PRC”).
