Employee Benefit Plan The Company has a defined contribution 401(k) employee profit sharing plan pursuant to which the Company matches employee contributions at a stated percentage of employee contributions to a defined maximum. The Company's contributions to the 401(k) plan were $0.2 million in 2012 and $0.3 million in 2011.
