On April 1, 2016, we completed a stock dividend of one quarter (¼) of one share of common stock for every one (1) share of common stock outstanding. All share amounts, exercise prices, and weighted-average grant date fair value for our common stock, stock options and restricted stock reflect the stock split and stock dividend.
