We manage and operate our business through one operating segment.

Revenues by geographic area are based on the country of shipment. The geographic location of distributors and third-party manufacturing service providers may be different from the geographic location of the purchasers and/or ultimate end users.

 

We provide credit only to creditworthy third parties who are subject to our credit verification procedures. Accounts receivable balances are monitored on an ongoing basis, and accounts deemed to have credit risk are fully reserved. At March 31, 2016, four customers accounted for 30%,  15%,  13% and 10% of total accounts receivable, respectively. At December 31, 2015, four customers accounted for approximately 33%,  19%,  14% and 11% of total accounts receivable, respectively. Our allowance for doubtful accounts was nil and $10,000 as of March 31, 2016 and December 31, 2015, respectively.
