Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 29, 2013, the Company announced it has reached an agreement to acquire Cemp s.r.l. ("Cemp"), an Italy based electric motor company. Cemp is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of flameproof electric motors.
