Restructuring Activity	RESTRUCTURING ACTIVITY During 2012, the Company began a restructuring effort to consolidate several of its manufacturing facilities in North America and Europe. The Company recorded pre-tax provisions of $5.2 million in the third quarter 2012 and $5.7 million during the nine months ended September 29, 2012 related to these efforts. The Company made payments of $1.0 million during the nine months ended September 29, 2012.
