Related Party Transaction	Related Party Transactions During the year ended December 31, 2018, the Company obtained legal services from Greenberg Traurig, LLP in exchange for $0.2 million. Richard A. Edlin, a member of the Company's Board, is an attorney and shareholder of Greenberg Traurig, LLP. On May 10, 2019, Hudson Executive Capital LP ("Hudson Capital") sold 100,000 shares of the Company's common stock and the Company purchased those100,000 shares in a block trade at a price of $56.14 per share. Douglas Braunstein is the Managing Partner of Hudson Capital and was a member of Eagle’s Board of Directors at the time of the transaction.
