ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.

This Amendment No. 1 on Form 8-K/A (“Amendment”) amends the Current Report on Form 8-K of Sleep Number Corporation (the “Company”) filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on February 22, 2023 (the “Original Form 8-K”). This Amendment is being filed solely for the purpose of correcting an inadvertently omitted conformed signature on the Original Form 8-K as filed. Except as set forth in this Amendment, no other modifications have been made to the Original Form 8-K, including Item 9.01 of the Original Form 8-K. Therefore, Item 9.01 has not been included in this Amendment.

On February 22, 2023, Sleep Number issued a press release announcing results for the fiscal fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2022. A copy of the press release was attached as Exhibit 99.1 to the Original Form 8-K.
