Dividends

A quarterly cash dividend of $0.3635 per share was paid on June 1, 2018 in the aggregate amount of $85.5 million.  A quarterly cash dividend of $0.3640 per share was declared on August 9, 2018 and will be paid on September 4, 2018 to stockholders of record as of August 21, 2018. The Company expects the September 4, 2018 payment of its quarterly cash dividend to be approximately $85.8 million.
