On June 18, 2004, the Registrant issued a press release announcing the declaration of cash dividends on June 15, 2004 of ten cents ($.10) per share on its Common Stock and ten cents ($.10) per share on its Class B Common Stock, in each case payable on or about July 15, 2004 to the stockholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2004. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.
