NOTE 10 – Share-Based Compensation

The Company’s share-based compensation arrangements include grants of stock options under the ARC Group Worldwide, Inc. 2015 Equity Incentive Plan and the 2016 ARC Group Worldwide, Inc. Equity Incentive Plan and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.  The share-based compensation expense recognized during the three months ended September 30, 2018 and October 1, 2017 was $0.1 million and $0.3 million, and is included in selling, general and administrative expense.  As of September 30, 2018, there was $0.7 million of total unrecognized compensation expense related to non-vested stock options, which is expected to be recognized over a weighted-average period of 2.3 years.
