Subsequent Events	10. Subsequent Events: In December 2014 the Company borrowed $401,000 under the Development Line Loan from United Capital Business Lending, as described in Note 2 above. Subsequent to September 30, 2014 we received proceeds of $3,252,000 from the exercise of 1,182,600 A warrants.
