Estimated Future Amortization Expense for Amortizing Intangibles

During the third quarter of 2016, a subsidiary of the Company acquired the operations and customer listing of an independent insurance agency, whichresulted in the addition of $0.7 in other intangible assets and $1.6 million in goodwill.
