Related PartiesThe Company purchases some supplies from an entity controlled by the Company’s Executive Chairman. The Company sometimes makes sales to the Executive Chairman and CEO/President. Additionally, the Company sells units to an entity owned by a member of the CEO/President's immediate family. This entity is also one of the Company’s Representatives and as such, the Company makes payments to the entity for Third Party Products.
