Item 2.02   Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

        On June 16, 2009, MTS Medication Technologies, Inc. (“MTS”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2009, as well as certain other information.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated into this Report by reference.
