The increase in accrued compensation and benefits is due to both the timing of payments and an increase in accrued incentive compensation. As of December 31, 2024 and 2023, accrued insurance included employee medical insurance costs of $23.9 million and $22.8 million, respectively, and accruals for losses under workers' compensation, comprehensive general liability and vehicle liability self-insurance programs of $83.7 million and $82.7 million, respectively.
