(b) Timothy A. Ficker has informed the Company that he will cease to serve as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Infinity Energy Resources, Inc. effective on or before March 31, 2007. Mr. Ficker plans to continue to serve as the Company’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2006, has been filed and for a short period thereafter.
