RESTRICTED CASH - Note 4	NOTE 4 - RESTRICTED CASH Restricted cash was part of the funds deposited with the Company for sale to BZCC of Profit Harvest, CDE, Ever Elite, Nollec, and TCB Digital. BZCC has assigned its rights to purchase TCB Digital to Huatianli. The funds become unrestricted upon closing of the disposition transaction.
