SUBSEQUENT EVENT - Note 24	NOTE 24 - SUBSEQUENT EVENT The sale of Ever Elite and Nollec Wireless closed on April 5, 2013. The sales proceed for the disposition of Ever Elite and Nollec Wireless was $500,000. The sale of TCBD is scheduled to close in the second quarter of 2013.
