LONG-TERM PAYABLES - Note 17	NOTE 17 - LONG-TERM PAYABLES Acquisition payable arose from our acquisition of Nollec Wireless on June 1, 2010. As of September 30, 2012, there were three payments outstanding of $145,000 and they have all been classified as short term.
