LONG-TERM PAYABLES - Note 19	NOTE 19 — LONG-TERM PAYABLES Acquisition payable arose from our acquisition of Nollec Wireless on June 1, 2010. As of March 31, 2012, there are three payments outstanding of $145,000 each in six month intervals with the first payment due on June 1, 2012.
