Item 8.01 Other Events

On May 31, 2019, PulteGroup, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results as of 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on May 30, 2019 of its previously announced tender offer for up to $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.250% Senior Notes due 2021. The tender offer will expire at 12:00 midnight, New York City time, at the end of June 13, 2019, unless extended or earlier terminated. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
