Organization	ORGANIZATION: Columbia Laboratories, Inc. (the "Company" or “Columbia”) was incorporated as a Delaware corporation in December 1986. The Company is primarily dedicated to research, development, and commercialization of women’s healthcare and endocrinology products, including those that treat or are intended to treat infertility, endometriosis, dysmenorrhea and hormonal deficiencies. The Company has also developed a buccal delivery system for peptides. The Company’s products primarily utilize its patented Bioadhesive Delivery System technology.
