RestructuringThere were no restructuring charges for the three and six months ended June 30, 2020. In the first quarter of 2019, the Company incurred restructuring charges of $1.6 million. The charges were in connection with a previously announced reduction to the Company’s workforce, which included executive transition changes as well as other employee benefit and technology related initiatives. The restructuring was intended to improve the Company’s operating efficiency and enhance earnings.
