Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On December 31, 2020, Corbett J. Jorgenson, Senior Vice President of Trade and Processing, resigned from The Andersons, Inc. (the "Company") to pursue other interests. There were no disagreements between Mr. Jorgenson and the Company that caused his resignation.
