SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE O — SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In February 2016, the Company acquired a 19% minority interest in the parent company of the group that holds the worldwide rights to the Karl Lagerfeld brand. This investment is intended to expand the partnership between G-III and the Karl Lagerfeld brand and extend their business development opportunities on a global scale.
