For the three months ended July 31, 2021, the Company issued no shares of common stock and utilized 189,313 shares of treasury stock in connection with the vesting of equity awards. For the six months ended July 31, 2022, the Company issued no shares of common stock and utilized 383,119 shares of treasury stock in connection with the vesting of equity awards. For the six months ended July 31, 2021, the Company issued no shares of common stock and utilized 189,471 shares of treasury stock in connection with the vesting of equity awards.
