The following example is intended to help you compare the cost of investing in the ETF Class of the Fund with the cost of investing in other funds. The example assumes that you invest $10,000 in the ETF Class of the Fund for the time periods indicated and then sell all of your shares at the end of a period. The example also assumes that your investment has a 5% return each year, that the ETF Class of the Fund's operating expenses remain the same and that the fee waivers currently in place are not renewed beyond July 31, 2028. The example does not reflect brokerage commissions that you may pay when you purchase and sell Fund shares. The Fund pays transaction costs, such as commissions, when it buys and sells securities (or “turns over” its portfolio).
