Investments	In May 2006, the Company purchased 144,024 shares of common stock of Genomics USA, Inc. (“GUSA”) for $200,000. After the investment, QuantRx owned approximately 5% of the total issued and outstanding common stock of GUSA. As of the end of December 31, 2015, the Company’s position had been diluted to approximately 2% of the issued and outstanding common stock of GUSA. The investment is recorded at historical cost and is assessed at least annually for impairment. Genomics USA, Inc. now does business as GMS Biotech.
