Earnings Per Share

The following table sets forth the computation of earnings per share for the periods indicated. Weighted average shares issuable upon the exercises of stock options and the release of performance and restricted shares not included in the calculation because they were anti-dilutive totaled approximately 976,000 and 927,000 for the three and six months ended December 31, 2014, respectively, and 452,000 and 378,000 for the three and six months ended December 31, 2013, respectively ($000 except per share data):
