Subsequent Events	13. Subsequent Events On July 1, 2020, the Company acquired Carthage Crushed Limestone, a limestone mining and production company located in Carthage, Missouri for $9 million cash, subject to adjustment. On July 29, 2020, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share on the Company’s common stock. This dividend is payable on September 18, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 28, 2020.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
