On June 14, 2019, the Company paid $0.8 million in cash dividends, based on a dividend of $0.135 (13.5 cents) per share of its common stock, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 24, 2019.  On March 15, 2019, the Company paid $0.8 million in cash dividends, based on a dividend of $0.135 (13.5 cents) per share on its common stock, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 22, 2019.
