Subsequent Events	11. Subsequent Events Amendment to the Credit and Security Agreement In March 2020, the Company executed the Fourth Amendment to its Credit and Security Agreement (see Note 1). NYSE American Voluntary Delisting On March 16, 2020, the Company notified the NYSE American of its intent to delist from the NYSE American. On March 26, 2020, the Company filed a Form 25 with the SEC notifying them of the Company’s delisting from the NYSE American, which is expected to take place on or about April 6. 2020.
