Employee Benefit Plans	8. Employee Benefit Plans The Company sponsors an Employee Savings and Investment Plan under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code covering all eligible employees of the Company. Employees can contribute up to 90% of their eligible compensation to the maximum allowable by the IRS. The Company’s matching contributions are at the discretion of the Company. The Company’s matching contributions in 2019 and 2018 were $40,477 and $39,039, respectively.
