2010 and December&amp;#xA0;31, 2009, Pepco Holdings had cross-border
energy lease investments of $1.4 billion consisting of
hydroelectric generation and coal-fired electric generating
facilities and natural gas distribution networks located outside of
the United States.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
