NOTE 8 - OTHER REAL ESTATE OWNED

The Bank had no OREO at  December 31, 2024 and 2023. Transactions in OREO for the years indicated are summarized as follows:

There were no sales of OREO property and no OREO transactions during the year ended  December 31, 2024.  There was one OREO property sold during the year ended December 31, 2023 for gross proceeds of $107,000, which resulted in a related gain on sale of OREO in the amount of $2,000.
