On May 30, 2003, ALARIS Medical Systems, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of ALARIS Medical, Inc., said today that it has increased the purchase price with respect to the tender offer and consent solicitation for its 11-5/8% Senior Secured Notes due 2006.
