Employee Benefit Plans	NOTE 12 – EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS The Partnership maintains a profit sharing and 401(k) plan covering all eligible U.S. employees, general partners and service partners, a Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan covering all eligible Canada employees and general partners, and a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan covering all eligible Canada employees. The Partnership contributed approximately $213, $197 and $178 in total to these plans for the years ended December 31, 2019, 2018 and 2017, respectively. As of December 31, 2019, the Partnership withheld $32 in future mandatory profit sharing contributions from service partners that will be contributed to the profit sharing plan in early 2020.
