Schedule of Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Events We have evaluated subsequent events through the date the financial statements were filed with the SEC, noting no events that require adjustment of, or disclosure in, the consolidated financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2011. These financial statements should be read in conjunction with the consolidated financial statements and related notes included in the 2011 Annual Report on Form 10-K.
