Note 15—Shareholders’ Equity

During fiscal years 2023 and 2022, certain of our employees delivered a total of 17,752 and 27,222 shares, respectively, of our common stock to satisfy the exercise price and related taxes for stock options exercised and restricted stock vesting. The shares delivered were valued at a total of $0.3 million and $0.4 million, respectively, and are included in treasury stock in the accompanying consolidated balance sheets at January 31, 2023 and 2022. These transactions did not impact the number of shares authorized for repurchase under our current repurchase program.
