On September 23, 2019, Ebix, Inc. (“Ebix”) and Yatra Online, Inc. (“Yatra”) issued a joint press release announcing an update regarding their pending merger transaction. A copy of the related press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
