Cash Option Profit Sharing Plan and Trust	Cash Option Profit Sharing Plan and Trust The Company maintains a 401(k) Cash Option Profit Sharing Plan, which allows participants to contribute a percentage of their compensation to the Profit Sharing Plan and Trust up to the Federal maximum. The Company’s contributions to the Plan were $368 thousand, $364 thousand and $318 thousand for the years ending December 31, 2013, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
