Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On November 7, 2012 Ebix's Board of Directors increased the regular quarterly dividend by 50% to 7.5 cents per outstanding share of the Company's common stock. This same 7.5 cent quarterly dividend per share will be paid in February 2013.
