Property and Equipment Asset Impairments During the three and six months ended July 1, 2018 we recognized an impairment charge of $1.6 million, primarily related to one venue. This impairment charge was the result of a decline in the venue’s financial performance, primarily related to various economic factors in the market in which the venue is located. As of July 1, 2018, the aggregate carrying value of the property and equipment at impaired venues, after the impairment charge, was $0.4 million for venues impaired in 2018.
